2. Eligibility  
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information to place an order.

3. Products & Personalisation  
We aim to display products as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in colour, size or finish may occur.

Personalised products are made based on the images and information you provide.

IMPORTANT:  
You are fully responsible for:
- Image quality and resolution  
- Correct cropping and positioning  
- Having the right to use uploaded content  

We are not responsible for poor print results caused by low-quality images.

4. Orders  
Your order is confirmed once payment is completed.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order.

Changes cannot be made once production has started.

5. Pricing & Payment

6. Production & Delivery  
Production time: 2–3 working days  
Delivery time: 1–3 working days (UK)

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for courier delays or events outside our control.

7. Returns & Refunds  

Personalised items:  
Non-refundable unless faulty or damaged.

Non-personalised items:  
Return within 14 days unused and in original condition.

Damaged items:  
Report within 48 hours with photos.

8. Intellectual Property  
All website content belongs to Magic Magnet and may not be reused without permission.

9. Liability  
We are not responsible for:
- Poor image quality provided by customers  
- Indirect or consequential losses  
- Delivery delays outside our control  

Our liability is limited to the order value.

10. Privacy  
We process data in line with UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law  
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
